At half time Leeds made many changes with Dan Atkinson taking over from Eric Grimes between the posts, Alex Purver coming on for Corey Roper, Beaman replacing Scott Harrison, Affi replacing Jake Skelton, Lewis Cook taking the place of Chris Dawson, Kalvin Phillips taking over from Alex Mowatt, Ali Amiri replacing Lewis Coyle and Eoghan Stokes replacing Lewis Walters, but in the end United won quite convincingly
